Sourcing Process
We select and introduce the most suitable and reliable suppliers to our client to offer them both the best quality and the most reasonable prices. In order to provide the best solutions we are in contact with a wide variety of fabric producers. We provide recycled and sustainable fabrics according to our clients request and needs by keeping updated on the latest techniques, machinery and fabrics available, in cooperation with expert manufacturers in the field.
Order Execution
After receiving the order sheets from our clients, our Senior Merchandiser will contact the most cost-effective producers and manufacturers. We explain and closely work together with them on the order sheets. Regarding the costs on the global textile market, we aim to find the most acceptable prices and the best quality achievable.
Quality Control Management and Shipment Process
We supervise the production from the beginning until the shipment is sent. We understand our customer’s product requirements and follow strict guidelines for each client. We do daily quality control through all the stages of the production while considering global quality standards, if our clients do not request an extra quality control system of their own. Our technical team inspect all merchandise regularly and prepare reports. All shipments must pass a final quality assurance check conducted by our inspectors prior to being released for shipment. The inspection guidelines include general inspection criteria, specific inspection criteria and more.
